We are not a value-added service. We are not charging you add-on fees over and above AWS. We are a consulting service and you are paying for our expertise, guidance, architecture design and in some cases development time. We will delineate all our costs and fees.

The cloud is a wonderful environment where you can try and fail fast and furiously. You have to try to fail, and you have to fail to succeed is my motto. You only have to succeed once, in most cases. I am not sure who originally said you only have to succeed once, I do not take credit for that. If you are lucky though you fail a 1000 times and succeed a few hundred times!
